"When I showed your site to my friend she was amazed because she didn't know there was a home remedy for her vaginosis. She had been to the doctor a few times and it always came back. Two weeks later she called me and thanked me, it hasn't come back ever since!

"For my heartburn I was looking all over and I tried this cure which was recommended on another site. It did not work. The one you mentioned did the trick. Thanks!!

Treatment for Bruxism

Treating Bruxism

Bruxism is a fairly common condition, and its more known as “teeth grinding” which usually happens at night, when the sufferer is asleep.

Many still argue that the grinding of teeth is caused by stress, but it is more likely caused by missing teeth or an uneven bite, like overbite.

Bruxism does indeed affect many people, most of them unaware of this condition since the grinding does not appear when they are awake. Very often it comes as a big surprise if a spouse or friends tell the sufferer about their nightly activities.

Needless to say, Bruxism will wear off your teeth, it might also cause the one or other related nightmare. We are lucky, since the condition can be treated if you know how.

Signs:

A sore jaw, your teeth or mouth hurt, worn-down teeth, unexplainable headaches.

There are ways to prevent and treat Bruxism, and its not always necessary to wear a mouth guard at night. First, even if stress might not the primary root cause, so does it help to avoid caffeinated drinks at night time. Avoid excessive drinking and eating, especially at night.

One way is to re-train your body not to chew and grind the teeth while you are awake. This is called Behavior Therapy.

You need to actively start changing your habits by practicing proper mouth and jaw position. Rest your tongue upward, your teeth apart while your lips are closed. Usually, this keeps your teeth from grinding. There are further methods like meditation and biofeedback. Only one thing is for certain: Medication is usually not effective in the treatment of bruxism.
