Is there a good home remedy for fixing shin splints?
A shin splint is essentially a muscle pull in the shin area of your leg. I looked it up and all I found in the remedy department was to keep off of it and rest, but I also heard something about taping your leg in a criss cross pattern? If someone has any good remedies or can further explain how to tape your leg, please post here!
Erm.. I already know what a shin splint is, and he’s not a runner, it happened because of the way he walks since he had his knee replaced. I already did basic research on it, I’m looking for specific home remedies if someone has experienced this before and something worked for them or a detailed explaination of how to wrap a leg.
