Home Remedy Gout Can be Handy in Times of Sudden Pain

Gout is caused by the rise of uric acid in the blood. There are a few traditional home remedies for gout that people resort to when pain sets in. If you want to take a painkiller, you can go for ibuprofen. To ease up the pain, exercise the joints at least 2 times a day to relax the joint and the surrounding area. Keep your feet soaked till the water remains sufficiently warm. Magnesium in the Epsom salt gets your magnesium level to rise for better blood circulation in the heart resulting in lowering your BP. You can also use Epsom salt when you bathe. As your tub fills with water, pour two cups of the salt and take a leisurely bath. If you can’t do it on normal working days, try to do it on weekends. Exercising the area of the pain is possibly the best home remedy for gout. But you have to exercise regularly and never leave it for a day to prevent pain in the joints. Cartilage joints get nourished with regular exercise and also helps rid the body of waste products. Muscles around the joint get strengthened making them better positioned for joint support. You could also lessen the risk of injuries. Exercises also help stretch the muscles for better mobility and it is an ideal home remedy for gout.

 

For lingering joint pain while you are at home, you can keep the cotton wadded foot raised for some time and relax. The idea of home remedy gout is to bring down the blood pressure as quickly as possible to make you feel more comfortable. Gout is not a mysterious disease but very much common among many nowadays.
