Aspartame/MSG/FDA Sweet Remedy: The World Reacts (Trailer)
A closer examination of the U.S. corporate power structure unveils a two-fold approach to manipulating the public. First, by attempting to shape public opinion and, second, by affecting an individual’s ability to discern PR from the truth.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent selling neuro-toxic food additives to the public. In the United States and through each nation within its global corporate grasp, maintaining a healthy mind and body is an act of civil disobediance.
Ultimately, healing has become the path of resistance for informed individuals improving their health. We interview a host of MD’s and Natural Health practioners to gain the clearest possible perspective for a path to recovery. Perhaps the sweetest remedy this film offers is the hope provided by witnessing a variety of groups as they withstand the confusion, casualties and obstacles involved with taking control of their food and their health.
Redrosetoo said “I guess it’s up to you to make your own choice.”
Yeah, until he/she is diagnosed with cancer and wondering how/why did this happen to me?
Who told you that organic apples contain less vitamin c than non-organic apples? Not sure that that’s true, but even if it is…your “normal” apples contain more pesticides than your organic apples, so where’s the benefit?
When it comes down to it, im pretty sure my exposure to other chemicals will see me off far sooner than foods will, plus I enjoy them too much to give them up.
But yeah, this debate should probably end here, Im not going to convince anyone cos it is a matter of choice predominantly i guess.
Who said I didn’t like convenience foods? They’re “convenient”, that’s their draw! But they aren’t healthy, and the safety factor, if any, is just to keep it from spoiling. But the chemical could be having a negative effect on your body.
I’m not interested in endlessly debating with you something that’s long been established fact. I’m not coming up with something new here. It’s been said before, AND often, AND proved, and backed up with studies. I guess it’s up to you to make your own choice.
Gonna pop in one last time to say, when all’s said and done, if you don’t mind eating that stuff, hey, go ahead. You’re young. Be your own human experiment. But I, and consumers as a whole should have a choice to decide whether we want that in our foods. I can read a label. But the information has to BE there, you know? GMO or no GMO, preservatives, or no preservatives. That’s what “informed choice” is.
Oops, I meant “cake mix”.
Sure they would. You’ve heard of organic haven’t you? Soup, bread, crackers, juice, granola bars, oatmeal, cereal, salad dressing, cake mixm and more — all are already available and ready to buy. You sure don’t need artificial preservatives to make it attractive, or tasty. What do you think people ate before we had any such things? We just did more of our own food preparation, from field to table. And the beauty of it is, we still can.
So called chemicals? Tell me you’re not saying that there are no chemicals in your body. Im pretty sure you’re not but it sounded that way!
I know what preservatives do, and that they are cosmetic really, but if you produced foods without them they wouldnt really sell would they?
