"Chrysten makes it easy to find remedies which actually work, she is always picking the best ones. I wasted way too much time already with cures which just didn't work."
Sandra Kaulshik

"When I showed your site to my friend she was amazed because she didn't know there was a home remedy for her vaginosis. She had been to the doctor a few times and it always came back. Two weeks later she called me and thanked me, it hasn't come back ever since!

"For my heartburn I was looking all over and I tried this cure which was recommended on another site. It did not work. The one you mentioned did the trick. Thanks!!

A Treatment for Yeast Infection

Yeast infection (or Candida) is a condition which mainly affects females, but males can be affected also. It is not a sexually transmitted disease, although we are usually referring to an infection of the intimate parts when we talk about candida.

The condition entails an odorous and unpleasant discharge from the vagina, accompanied by a burning sensation, redness and a bad urge to itch the affected areas.

Needless to say that sufferers can be highly irritated by this, physically, and last but not least even mentally due to the fact that most sensitive parts of your bodies are affected.

Candida yeast infection is NOT a condition primarily caused by uncleanliness, it is caused by yeast cultures which can grow in the environment of the vagina, providing those unpleasant cultures an ideal ground to grow.

Most importantly: It is NOT a bacterial infection!

A yeast infection treatment must take this fact into account – the more surprising it is too see many women trying to use a wrong approach of healing, for example by using antibiotics. Wrong! Antibiotics are solely to be used for bacterial infections but they wont do a thing in the fight against candida.

Continued treatment using misleading methods and wrong remedies will very likely do more harm than good.

Preventive Measures – No rocket science, really.

There are certain measures which can be taken to lower the risk of an appearance of yeast infection: Basic body care and cleanliness is one simple way to keep the risk low, but there are other simple things which can be done:

1) Underwear should always kept clean and washed regularily.

2) Soaps and bathing supplies should be unscented and natural without irritating artificial ingredients.

3) A healthy life style (as always) can do wonders: Avoid foods with high amounts of sugar and carbs, do not consume food rich in fats and oil (fast food…), avoid excessive drinking and don’t smoke.

4) Drink lots of water. And,  instead of your favorite snack consider a daily yogurt or two.

Yeast Infection is one of the conditions where we want a natural treatment, a remedy which attacks it at its roots and which not only gets rid of the symptoms, as so many so other OTC “solutions” out there.

A complete and natural approach is preferred since such will not force us into the dangerous cycle of treating only the symptoms over and over while we otherwise keep an unhealthy lifestyle.

We tested several remedies in regards to effectiveness and long term benefit. One of them stood out and here you can read a review of a highly recommended Natural Yeast Infection Treatment.
